1.The Service

FairFile Pro Se (“FairFile,” “the Service,” “we,” “us”) provides educational guides, checklists, templates, deadline reminders, and document-preparation tools for people who represent themselves (“pro se”) in employment discrimination matters, including EEOC complaints and civil suits in federal district court. The Service is offered by and under the Civil Suit Assist brand.

2.No legal advice, no attorney-client relationship

Everything in the Service is general information, not legal advice. We are not a law firm, and our staff, content, and tools do not act as your lawyer. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws, deadlines, and court rules differ by place and change over time, and your situation may require advice we cannot give. We do not guarantee any outcome, including that the EEOC or a court will accept, investigate, or rule in favor of any filing. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
